JAC160 - FOLLOW JESUS
Greetings in Jesus' name.
Mercy and grace to you from God our Father.
Welcome to JAC160.
Just over a decade ago (2015) a handful of salvos
created a rule of life called Infinitum (we won't riff on it
here, as it has received due attention in JAC pages in the
following years and you can search the archives to your
heart's content). Infinitum is a way of life centred on
following Jesus by loving God and loving others through an
emphasis on the habits and disciplines of surrender,
generosity, and mission (see Infinitum app or
InfinitumLife.com for more). We aim to see the Bible and also
the world through these Jesus-coloured lenses.
Soon after we began producing reading
plans under the INFINITUM umbrella for YouVersion Bible App
(you can just search 'Infinitum' in the reading plans on the
popular app).
Back in JAC154, we gave you a taste of
the amended plan with the hope that you will migrate over to
YouVersion Bible App and try out all of the other Infinitum
reading plans with your friends.
And so far, hundreds of thousands of
people have subscribed to Infinitum reading plans on that app.
This issue, JAC160, is an amended rendition of the short
three-day YouVersion Bible plan series, a Follow-Jesus reading
plan, the 'one vision' aspect of Infinitum.
Read up, share it on YouVersion Bible
app with your hub and cell group, and if you finish it all
before JAC161 comes out or Jesus returns (whichever comes
first), feel free to deep dive the previous 159 issues of JAC
in the archives).
May God use it all to accelerate the
advance of the great commission. Courage and Godspeed.
